Russ Lovell – Managing Partner/Co-Founder
Russ began his career in telecommunications with Com Systems, Inc. of Van Nuys, CA in 1987 and was quickly promoted to sales management establishing several successful offices and sales teams for the fast growing company. Russ left Com Systems in 1990 to run the Operator Services division of Call America in San Luis Obispo and quickly grew the division from $700,000 to over $15 million a year in revenue before the company was acquired by GST Telecom in 1997.
Russ held a variety of management positions with GST Telecom from 1997 to 2001 when he founded a new call center in San Luis Obispo with partner; Andiamo Telecom which they grew and sold in 2007.
In 2008 Russ started a new company called International Operator Services (IOS) which he operates out of his home office in San Luis Obispo. The company provides 24/7 operator services support overseas for US and Canadian travelers. IOS contracts with international carriers worldwide for network origination and it outsources all call center and billing operations to call centers located in the USA and Canada. The day to day sales and customer support is managed by Russ and handled by a network of global independent sales agents who work for the company to sell new accounts and maintain existing ones.
Russ holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. With more than 28 years of experience in telecommunications and startups, Russ has created a proven track record of success at the various companies he has founded or worked for over the years. His time away from work revolves primarily around travel and outdoor activities with his wife of 31 years, and their two children.
Cees Dobbe – Managing Partner/Co-Founder
At Nyenrode Business University, in the Netherlands, Cees earned his Bachelors in Business Administration. This is also where he met his wife Ilona and did an internship in Jakarta, Indonesia. After that he got his International Masters in Business Administration at the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. As part of the program he did an internship at Merck, Sharp & Dohme in New Jersey. After his graduation he started working for Proctor & Gamble in Europe in Finance.
In 1987 he Co-Founded All Seasons Flowers LLC, a company based in Nipomo, California. As President and managing partner he was involved in all aspects of starting, managing and creating a winning team for a cut flower production facility that grew to over 2.5 million square feet under cover and became the third largest cut flower growing operation in California and one of the leading companies in the country. The company shipped 50 to 60 million stems a year to all 50 states in the USA. Cees set up a sales organization that sold directly to consumers, wholesalers, large retailers as well as internet based companies. The company sourced product in Europe, South America and New Zealand. He represented the cut flower industry, and served as an elected Commissioner to the California Cut Flower Commission for many years, in various functions on the board. The commission was involved with nationwide marketing and state and national government relations for the industry. He got involved with the development and testing of industry specific software designed to handle accounting, sales, distribution and production.
In 2008 Cees Founded DoVer Enterprises. This company is based in Nipomo, California and is involved in Agricultural production, Leasing and Financing.
On a local level he has been involved in several organizations over the years, as President of the Nipomo Chamber of Commerce, President of the Rotary Club of Nipomo, various industry organizations, school site councils etc. Together with his wife he loves to travel and follow their 3 kids in all their endeavors.
